I have completed my BA LAW LLB (HONS) with 59%,MBA(Hrm) with 67%,Advance Diploma In Management Applied Skill with 75%, and right now working in Sikkim Manipal University as a faculty in Management , i want to do my Phd in management and need Job in Central University in Management. Please help me for doing my phd and job.

A law recently passed by parliament and various other educational system governing bodies of India has made cracking UGC-NET/SET mandatory for persuing p.hd.in India.

So, for getting job in central university you have to persue p.hd. by cracking NET/JRF exam.

you have to appear in NET exam to pursue phd ,so that you can get a job in Central University in Management

u can do FPM( fellowship programme in management from IIMs by cracking CAT exam...and u can also go for PHd from various IITs ...and from reputed institutes like MDI,IIFT etc by cracking CAT....also various NITs offers Phd in management...NIT surathkal is offering Phd in human resourse management....so go for these institutes...they also will provide good financial assistance during your Phd...
