Sir plz details me physical qualification of ias exam ..please give me the details

Dear friend,

There is no physical requirements are concerned in IAS exam.

If you want to become IAS officer than it is really a good career option but you have to eligible for the entrance exam for IAS.

Eligibility for IAS:


candidate have to complete degree from any recognized university.

candidate age must have 21 years and must not be above 30 years as on notification.

Relaxation allowed for tribal candidates like,SC/ST,OBC,Other backward classes.

IAS exam will be consists of three stages:


1)prelims

2)mains

3)interview

Preliminary examination:


In this exam there will be two papers.

-->General studies
-->optional subject

only optional subject for mains exam on the basis of new pattern.

Mains examination:


the following diagram shows the new IAS main pattern.
