Possibility to do PhD through SRF for a researcher with less than 4 years of experience?

I have research experience of less than 4 yrs and an article published. Is it possible to register PhD without any entrance. I heard it is possible through SRF. What is SRF? Please explain it. Thanks in advance.

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
