Possibility and procedure to appear for ISC 2019-supplementary papers?


Hi, I just wanted to know that if I fail in one subject in ISC although I will get a pass certificate. But I wanted to go for compartment exam. So can I? And there are few news rules that this year compartment exams are held in July this year. Is it true??
