Possibility to re-appear for failed papers on B.Sc after 4 years of gap?


I was doing B.Sc in 2016 batch, but unfortunately I got 2 ATKT in 1st semester, 2 in 2nd semester and in 2nd year 3rd semester, I got failed and got 3 ATKT. So, may you please clear my doubt that can I re-appear for all these failed papers?

You have no chances to reappear for those paper according to UGC norms. As there has been a long gap after failing in those paper. The gap should have 1 year.
