Possibility to take transfer from VELS to Hindusthan University?
Sir, I am studying 1st year in Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS). Can I join Hindusthan University for 2nd year? Is it allowed? If yes, then how can I migrate?

No, it is not possible to transfer from one university to another university while pursuing the course. You ave to pursue complete course from the same university where you have secured admission. None of the universities offers direct admission in second year of the course. So, I suggest you to continue your remaining part of the course from your present university as it is not possible to switch from one university to another university.
