Is it possible to cancel my registration in 3rd after completing first 2 years?


I completed my first 2 years of degree course and registered myself for the 3rd year. I have paid fees as well. However, now I don't wish to continue anymore and want to cancel my registration in 3rd year. Is it possible? Will I get all my certificates?
