Hello Sir, Is it possible to change my School or Center of Examination from North East region to Uttar Pradesh due to my father's retirement. If yes then please tell me the process to do so.

Ofcourse, You can change your school.Its not a big deal.
-You didn't mentioned that about which examination center you are taking about.
-if you are talking about 10th or 12th class board examination center than its not possible.
-But let me tell you that you change your school by simply giving an application in which an appropriate reason must be mentioned.
-attach a retirement related document to that application and give it to your school's principal.
-I think you understand now what to do.
