I was a B. Com student in 2007, I have had one backlog in third year which I did not care to write at that time. I need a degree now, is it possible for me to write the backlog now and get my degree? I am from Osmania University and have done full time college.

No, candidates have maximum 5 years to complete the bachelor degree course.

So, now after 10 years, you are not eligible to clear your backlog and you have to take the admission from the first year if you want to pursue the bachelor degree.

No, it is not possible to clear a backlog in B.Com after 10 years of completion of the course from Osmania university. For every course, there will be minimum and maximum duration to complete the course. The minimum duration of B.Com course is three years and the maximum duration is six years. Since, you have crossed the maximum duration of the course, you are not eligible to apply for supplementary examination of your B.Com course.
