Respected Sir, I am from Farrukhabad, UP and I want to pursue ICWA but I live in town so I wont be able to attend classes regularly so I want to know is it possible to complete ICWA by self studies? Which books do I need to study? Please answer as soon as possible.

ICWAI is a graduation level exam, so you must have done graduation to appear for this exam.

The entrance exam is conducted twice in a year.

You have to study these subjects deeply for getting a good score in ICWA exam.
