Is it possible to do Diploma in Electrical stream in 2 years on the basis of a very ITI certificate


Hi sir I have very well completed ITI, but in the year 1998 and presently I am working in a Hospital. I want to do Diploma in electrical stream in 2 years, so is possible please tell me?

Diploma in Electrical Engineering is a certificate level in the field of Electricals. The duration of this Diploma course is a three years. Candidates who have passed 10th standard from a Government recognised board are eligible to pursue Diploma in Electrical Engineering course.

Candidates who have passed 12th standard with Vocational stream or two years ITI course from a Government recognised board or institute are eligible to get direct admission in second year of Diploma course through Lateral Entry admission process.

As per the information you have mentioned in your query, you have passed ITI course from a Government recognised institute, so, you are eligible to get admission in second year of Diploma in Electrical Engineering course.
