is it posisible to get 60 percent marks from ignou with average preparation?

Scoring an average percentage of 60 doesn't depend upon any particular board or university. Its about the stream and subjects you have taken and the preparation for the exams. To score 60% marks or more your basic knowledge should be there. I mean you should have the required IQ level for the required exam for which you are planning to appear. After that its the way you prepare and write your projects at IGNOU. If you are an average student then with little effort and guidance you can surely score the marks of your liking. And if you are a brilliant student then there is no question that why you cant score high marks with average preparation. So I would suggest you that begin your preparation and aim high scores and you might get more than 60%.
