Is it possible to get into IIT after BCA?
respected sir,
i'm doing BCA now. n i want to do IIT after BCA ,can i do it after BCA? pls suggest me. thank you, Italia Heta |

Yes, you can definitely join IIT if you are planning for MCA.
If you are planning for MBA then go for IIM. |

since IIT is all about joining after 12th so you are eligible for it.
but you have to need 60% in your 12th and your age must be below 25years. you can attempt the paper only twice that to consecutively so better stay tuned to all the subjects you need to prepare for it. i suggest you to go for further studies in the field your continuing and prepare for iit as well. all the best |

hello my dear,
yes,you sourly join IIT. but it also manily depends upon you,in which way you go. when you desire for bussiness line like (MBA) then you go to IIM. BUT if you no agree with this line then you choose IIT. two conditions as 1. 12th per. 60%. 2. age below 25. best of luck. don't worry be happy. |

yes you can do MCA from Indian Institute of Technology Campus Roorkee.
This programme of study is not available in the other centres. The total number of seats in is 42 in this course . you have to give joint entrance test conducted by the IITs. eligibility criteria : To get admitted in the MCA programme in IIT Roorkee you need to possess any Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics score 55% provided you belong to General/OBC category. |

I just read all the questions and answers stated above, I wanted to know whether I would stay eligible to get addmission into IIT for MCA or not, even if I suffer a gap of 1 or 2 years after completing my BCA ? yes it is possible and 10+2 (math) in first year bca one paper is math .through jam you can admisstion on iit for mca.

to go into IIT after BCA totally depends on your decision. if you want to get into IIT then you have to crack their entance exam-IITJEE which is held yearly in the month of april. the application forms usuaaly come out by november. you have to score 60% in boards to be eligible for admission.
