I am feel very proud to answer this question because i am faculty of Bank exams
if you follow my tips regularly.you will crack the any Bank pos with in 3 months.
If you want to crack the POs exam,not only enough for previous paper to crack the POs exam
you have to follow some procedure and you will crack the
Procedure

1.first you have to notice that which bank you will write and collect examination syllabus

2.after gather the information about exam.you must learn 1 to 20 tables

3.you must divide the day in 4 slots(each slot 4 hours)

4.first 15 days you must learn fundamentals of arithmetic like profit and loss,time and distance etc.this work must be complete in one slot of a day for 15 days

5.in second slot you must read 1 English novel for week or English magazines.etc
this preparation very use full for reading comprehension an also daily you must learn 25 to 50 words of English vocabulary. better book for vocabulary book is Word power made easy.and also you learn functional grammar.

6.In next slot Learn fundamentals of Reasoning and also you must practice the reasoning question from any branded books like R S agarwal .

7.for General awareness there is no use full for previous 10 years papers.so you must follow daily news paper and update the important points in your note book
for general awareness you must follow the magazines of Pratiyugita kiran or Competition Success review general awareness or Banking Service Chronicle.

8.after 15 days you solve the examples of each chapter of arithmetic

9.in English you must solve reading comprehension question papers.

10.for Reasoning must solve previous question papers of reasoning

11.for general awareness you must revision for every week,help full for well remembering power

If you follow above 11 points you will crack the Bank PO exam and directly qualified to GD and Interview
for Gd you must practice so many conversations and for interview you must read questions and answers.
