Is it possible to get a seat even if a candidate does not have any reservation and low rank in EAMCET?


I got 29988 rank in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. I don't have any kind of reservation also like SC/ST or OBC or any other kind of reservation. So, is it possible to get seat in any college with such a high ranking in EAMCET?
