Those who are failed in class 12th , in one subject, but they finished PG degree from an open university in first class. Is it possible to join LLB for them?

LLB is Bachelor degree in Law. It is three year course.

The required minimum qualification to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. There is no age limit to get admission in the course.

So,if you have no backlog in the bachelor degree course then you are eligible to appear in the examination for admission in LLB course.

The academic qualification required for Bachelor of Law course:

1. You must have done bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university to apply for this course.

2. Without pursuing bachelor's degree in any stream, you can not pursue bachelor's degree in law.

Since you are failed in 12th, you can not apply for undergraduate course.

There are two courses:

1. BA LLB integrated course.

2. Bachelor of law course.

The minimum academic qualification required to apply for BA LLB course is 12th from a recognized board. In case of LLB, qualification required is bachelor's degree.

You have not cleared one subject in 12th, you can not pursue Bachelor of Law course.

After pursuing bachelor's degree, you can apply for Bachelor's degree in law. Your Post graduate qualification from open university will not make you eligible for LLB course.
