You can also purchase a good reference guide or a question booklet from a nearby store and practice with it religiously. Extensive practice is the only way to qualify in the test. For previous papers of SBI, you should buy the book of SBI clarck requirnment published by UPKAR publication.In this book you will get previous 3-4 years all solved papers.

As like many banks SBI is also conducting the bank clerical exam for recruiting candidates for the post of clerk.

The bank clerk exam consists of:

Written Test
Interview

The written test consists of both objective and descriptive type questions.The objective type questions would be of 300 marks consisting of 200 questions and the duration for the exam is 1 1/2 hours and the topics will be on

Test on Reasoning,
Numerical Aptitude

The candidates must get 40% aggregate in objective type questions and for 35% for reserved candidates.The descriptive exam will consist of questions from topics current affairs and communication skills.

Education qualifications Required:
1.Candidate must have 10+2 with 60% of marks for general candidates
2.55% of marks enough in 10+2 for SC/ST Candidates
3.or Any degree with pass marks from any recognized university
4.Diploma Candidates(Regular) also eligible for this job

Age Limit for SBI Clerk Exam 2012
1.Candidate must have at least 18 years for general candidates as on 01-12-2011
2. Maximum age limit is 28 years
3.5 years relaxation in age for SC/ST Candidates
4.3 years relaxation for BC Candidates
