RRB exams are conducted by UPSC for Junior engineer post.

RRB exam is not only for juior engineer post its for both unior engineer and seniorsection engineer, a person who has completed b.tech can apply for sr. section engineer not for junior engineer, diploma canditates can apply for junior engineer.
