West Bengal School Service Commission Exam follwos the pattern.

there are two types of posts,
Head Masters::
you must have experience as a teacher.
In this there will be written test ,pesonality test .you can go for further studies also.

Assistant Teachers
there will be written exam and interview.
written test:: there are two papers
paper1:: based on the subject you have choosen
paper2:: ability test i.e aptitude,reasoning,english and general awareness.
