i m ece final yr student 62% with 2 backlog , can y suggest private company
were applied me, and selection procedure

First of all clear your backlogs..if you have already cleared then it does not matter in private sector whether you got 2 or 10-backlogs. So once they are cleared theese are of no threat to engineers anymore..
Secondly, improve your English..especially Verbal. Because decent communication-skills are must in present times for engineers in private sector.
Now since you have less % in engg. so you are not eligible for campus placements..But not to worry..You can always apply for off-campus jobs in companies like -
INFOSYS
TCS
WIPRO
TECH MAHINDRA
COGNIZANT etc..These are all IT-domain companies for if you are interested in IT-field.
Also you can try for Telecom-sector which have now-a-days good career-growth.
