Jawahar Lal Nehru Technical University is one of the renowed university in India. It offers various courses related to various disciplines to the candidates. It also offers M.Tech course in various streams. JNTU taks admission for M.Tech course on the basis of GATE score. You don't have to apply for any other exam in order to join JNTU. On the basis of GATE score this university provides admission for M.Tech course in various disciplines.

Streams offered in M.Tech course in JNTU:-

M.Tech ( Computer Science)
M.Tech ( Software Engineering)
M.Tech ( Computer Networks and Information Security)
M.Tech (Bio-Informatics)
M.Tech. ( Computer Science)

Eligibility Criteria:-

For General Category candidates minimum marks in Graduation should be 60% marks.

For SC/ST candidates minimum marks in B.Tech should be 50% marks.

UG and PG Courses: (B.Tech /IDP/ M. Tech / M.C.A. / M.B.A. / M.Pharmacy./ M.Sc)

Admission of foreign students into JNTU exclusively shall be handled by DUFR of the University. As such all correspondence should be addressed to the Director, Directorate of University Foreign Relations, JNT University, Hyderabad-500 085, INDIA. International students are advised not to apply to the colleges directly


International students can start applying for Provisional Admission into UG or PG programs of the University from any time till July 30th of the year. Applications will be considered on a first-come-first- served basis


After scrutiny of the applications for eligibility, the University will issue a'Provisional Admission Letter' for the purpose of obtaining VISA from Indian Consulate/Embassy, a'Student Visa' or'Research Visa' as the case may be that must be endorsed to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and without which no admission can be made.




After obtaining the'StudentVisa'endorsedtoJawaharlalNehruTechnolog icalUniversity,Hyderabadthe student must send a written confirmation of the acceptance of the course to the Director, Directorate of University Foreign Relations, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, A.P, India.



student shall report to the Director, Directorate of University Foreign Relations, DUFR in person and produce original certificates and on payment of necessary fee they may obtain the"Firm Letter of Admission". With the firm letter of admission, the student shall report to the concerned College of Unit to join the program.


Seats available: 15% of approved intake.
