I passed Matriculation in 2007 & HS in 2009 from West Bengal Board. Both of exams my registration card, admit card, mark sheet & certificate have spelling mistakes of my surname. How can I change this?

You will have to approach your west Bengal board and you will also have to write an application , after the following you will be able to change your mistake this is not that of a difficult task and can be done on request
You may also require to submit your birth certificate and also some other legal documents that jas your correct name and surname in it
