There are three stages in Company Secretary course:
1)Foundation course
2)Intermediate course
3)Final course

The eligibility for foundation course is passed in 10+2 exam from any stream.Since, you have done your graduation you can directly apply for intermediate course.
The form can be obtained by cash payment of Rs 200/- or by post/courier by sending DD/PO of Rs 150/- drawn in the favor of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” payable at New Delhi.

Since you have completed your 12th standard you can join for the foundation level. You need to send an application along with the DD, attested copies of your certificates and also photographs to the institute. The prospectus cost Rs 200 and the fee for the foundation level is Rs 3600. In the foundation level there will be four modules i.e financial accounting, business law and management, English and business communication and economics etc.
