Sir/Mam, My daughter applied for NEET UG under UR category but actually we belong to obc non creamy layer. Since we were unaware about obc non creamy layer we applied under UR category so if we make necessary changes now will it be considered?

If you want to make any changes in 2017 application form of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test then there is no chance. Every year after application form dates are over, CBSE gives time window to edit application form. It has already passed.

NEET 2017 result is expected to be declared with 10 days after Supreme court allowed CBSE to publish NEET results.
