Procedure to get MLT registration certificate for the purpose of DHA examination?

I have completed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician in 2000 under Paramedical Education Board from a private institute at Kannur. Now I would like to go to Dubai for job. I need registration certificate for attending DHA exam. How can I get it?
