Sir i want to work in a psu but my average percentage in b.tech is 64.
So please tell me is it possible to get job inpsu with this percentage? ?

Dear Candidate If You Secure Above 60℅ in B-Tech , It Doesn't Matter ! How Much You Secured More Than 60 % . You Are Able to Shortlisted and Qualifying All Govt. Jobs , Psu's & Mnc's .As Like Many Of Govt. Jobs Like As Recruitment For JE In Mnreg deptt. Shortlisted On The Basis Of Percentage.

-> PSU's never bother about btech percentage . They recruit on the basis of your GATE rank or else that particular psu entrance test . Now a days all PSU's recruiting candidates on the basis of GATE.
-> So , start preparing GATE with motive to crack it with best rank which gets you job in PSU.
-> In order to get job in any PSU you should secure rank below 1000.

Your percentage of marks in bachelor's degree in technology is enough to make your eligible for jobs in most of Public Sector Undertakings. The most important criteria nowadays for job in PSUs is Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering rank. Highest weightage is given to GATE rank.

If you are among top 200 rank of your stream in GATE rank then you just need to clear Group Discussion and interview for final selection, percentage will not matter so much in this case.

You can apply for PSU jobs after completing B.Tech with 64% marks. Most of the PSU companies offer jobs through GATE exam.

The eligibility for GATE exam is
1. All the candidates must complete B.Tech or B.E from a recognised university
2. Even M.Sc computers, maths, statistics etc can also apply

Most of the PSU companies require candidates to have at least 60% marks in b.tech or m.sc

GATE exam score card is valid for 3 years. Even you can do m.tech in the top colleges like iit's, nit's etc.

GATE exam is one of the most competitive exam so it is better to take coaching from a reputed institute. Every year the percentage of passed candidates is around 16%, so it is even better to prepare well.

You are not eligible for PSU exams. Minimum percentage required in B.Tech for PSU exam is 65%. As you have scored only 64% marks so you are not eligible for PSU. Thanks

Yes, you are eligible to apply for a job in Public Sector Undertakings with 64% marks in B.Tech. But you must follow the below:
Your degree must be issued from some well affiliated institute/university.
You must not have pending backlog.

To get a job in PSU, you have to clear the following:
Written test.
Interview.
Medical fitness test.

Can i get a job in psu with 70%in engineering ??is it any availability of separate exam to get job in PSU ??
