Re: Required Percentage of Marks in 10th Class to be eligible for NDA Exam?
One can not join NDA soon after the completion of 10th Class.
The minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidate to join NDA is 12th Class. NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year. One can join the following Defence wings by cracking this exam -Army wing -Navy wing -Air Force wing If you are interested to apply for Army wing, you should have completed 12th class with any of the stream. But, if you want to apply for Navy and Air Force wings, you should have gone through Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects in your 12th class. Candidates who are pursuing final year of 12th Class can also be eligible to take this exam. One should possess an age between 16 1/2 years to 19 years to take this exam. So, I suggest you opt for the stream in your 12th class in accordance with the defence wing in which you want to join and start preparing for the Entrance Exam from the beginning of your 12th class. Have good preparation for it and crack the exam to join in any of the defence service. For updated information on this exam, I suggest you to visit http://upsc.gov.in/ |

ALL you have to do is pass 12th board exam from 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a state education board or a university first.
