SBI Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria:

## To sit for the SBI Clerk Exam you need to be a higher secondary passed out candidate with not less than 60 percent of marks at 10+2 level.

## If you have a diploma degree then also you are eligible provided its a regular one whose duration is not less than two years. You need to get the above mentioned marks in this case as well.

## On completing your graduation in any discipline from a recognized university also you can apply for this exam. Since the minimum marks to obtain has not been mentioned therefore you need to just get the pass marks.

## Your age should not be lower than 18 years as that is the lower age limit for giving this exam. The upper age limit for general category candidates is 30 years,

## There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates. It is 5 years for SC/ST candidate, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years in case of PWD candidates.

## Selection procedure basically includes a written examination and a personal interview session. On getting the pass marks you will be called for the interview session depending on the vacancies available. Usually they call three people maximum for one vacant post.

## Written exam is basically objective type where questions of XIIth standard usually comes. Each right answer will carry one mark whereas for each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted from the original score.
