i got 61% in graduation & 55 % in 12 board ..so can u plz tell me that with these % wheather i m eligible for sbi bank po exam or not

Eligibility Criteria:

Following requirements are necessary to apply for the post:

Educational Qualification

Candidates belonging to general category should be a graduate in any stream or its equivalent. The minimum mark required is 65% or more. Those belonging to other classes are eligible to apply if they are a graduate in any stream or its equivalent with 60% or more. Moreover the candidates should also have some knowledge in computers. He should have done his training from a recognized institution.

Age

The age limit is 21 to 30 years. There are exceptions in case of upper age limit fro those belonging to other classes.

Nationality

The candidates should be Indian citizen. Those who have an eligibility certificate from the Indian Government can also apply.

There are no any percentage criteria for appearing into the SBI PO.
For appearing into the SBI PO exam you need to have a graduate degree with minimum percentage of 50% marks.
The age limit for the exam will be 30 year. For reserved candidate there will be 5% relaxation.

Eligibility:-

There is 55 Percentage Criteria with Minimum Educational Qualification for the post of PO is graduation or post graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

Without this you will not be allowed to sit for the Exam

Age Limits:-

The minimum age Candidates must be 21 years and maximum is 30 years.Even upper Limits has been Relaxed to 5 years For SC/ST , 3 years for OBC, 5 years for Ex-serviceman and 10 years For Physically Challanged.

Pattern of Exam

Duration 2hrs with 200 questions from aptitude,reasoning,computer/Gk,english. Even -ve Marking is there, don't go for to and fro work.

Educational Qualifications-

and 55% or more marks in Graduation or Post Graduation.

For SBI PO exam you must have 60% in graduation other wise not eligible.

The SBI PO exam for this year was held in July.

Important dates for SBI PO 2011:

SBI Bank PO Written Examination 2011 : 24.07.2011

SBI Bank Online Registration will start from : 18.05.2011

Last Date for Registration of SBI Bank PO Online Application Form 2011 : 09.06.2011

SBI PO exam is conducted by SBI(State Bank of India) for the post of probationary officer.This exam is conducted depending on the vacancy of the post in the bank.

As far regarding the eligibility criteria it is as follows:

Eligibility for SBI PO:

* Candidate must be a citizen of India.

* Candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years and for SC/ST it is 35 and for OBC it is 33 years.

* Candidates must have passed their graduation from a recognized university with 60% aggregate.

SBI PO bank percentage criteria?

• Marks- Atleast 60% in class 12th and 55% in graduation
• AGE Criteria - 21 to 30 years for general category students, upto 33 for OBC and upto 35 years for sc/st.

The above given criteria are enough for appearing in bank po exam of SBI.
