sir i got 138 rank in software engineering through pgecet .I belongs to General category sir.Can i get a seat in any university like JNTU-Anantapur or not sir please reply sir.

If you have cleared your Post-Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test then you are certainly eligible to apply for admission in any college offering Masters in Engineering. To get admission in the choice of your college/university is at times difficult. Hence, i would advise you to apply in 2-3 institutions at a time. Looking at your rank it seems you should get admission in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur.
