Sorry it is not possible for you to get BCA admission after completing DCE course. Whether, it is regular or correspondence mode, it is mandatory that you must complete 12th standard or its equivalent qualification to be eligible for BCA course. You can apply for B.Tech or B.E in Computer Engineering course through lateral entry.
