I want to became a Constable after completion of my Intermediate i.e. after completing my 12th board examination. So, please tell me how should I prepare for it and should I do after completing 12th to become a Constable?

Constable recruitment examination is conducted by State Staff Selection Commission or Central Staff Selection Commission.

Candidates passed 12th are eligible to appear in examination. The examination is conducted in written, and physical test for final selection.

So, you an apply for the examinatio whenever the notfiication for examination is available.

Yes, after 12th you can become Police Constable.

Age limit required is 18 to 27 years old.

Physical standards required:

• Height: 5 ft 7 inches
• Chest: 80 cms

To qualify the physical fitness round, you will have to do following:

• 5 kms running in 25 mins
• High jump and long jump

After this, you will be called for Medical Test.

So, you must prepare yourself for physical fitness round that is must for becoming Constable. You must run for at least 30 minutes in the morning everyday.

The eligibility criteria for constable examination are:
Nationality- candidate should be a citizen of india.

Educational qualification :
The minimum qualification is 10+2 in any discipline.

Age limit:
Minimum age- 18years
Maximum age-25years
Age relaxation is applicable.

A candidate who is self disciplined , mentally and physically fit is perfect candidate for this job.
