Hello everyone, I have done Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering and successfully secured admission in BTech course with same stream. I want to secure job in PSU. So, I just want to know about the steps through which I can join PSU after my BTech course.

To join a PSU you should have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in your overall B.Tech.
This condition will make you eligible to get job in PSU if you crack the GATE examination.

Without cracking GATE with a high score you won't be able to become a Executive engineer in PSUs.

If you are a general category student then you have to score above 85 marks in GATE.
If you are an obc candidate then you have to score atleast 80 marks in GATE.
If you are a SC/ST candidate then you have to score atleast 55 marks to secure a job in PSUs.

GATE is must nowdays for the post of engineer in all PSUs.
