Hi, which stream should I opt between Civil and Mechanical? Which has broader scope and more job opportunities in Indian job market? Which branch can give me more salary?

Both branches are better from my perspective. But mechanical is quite better than civil for job opportunities. There are millions of mechanical industry even mechanical is the mother branch.
