We can't say whether if you practice last five year question papers is sufficient or not to crack TCS written test because, the level of difficulty may be high or at same level. But, it is sure that same type of problems will be asked in the written examination every year. So, if you can solve the last five year question papers easily then, there are maximum chances that you can crack the TCS written examination.

*It is not sufficient to clear written test of TCS recruitment drive by just solving previous five year question papers. Aptitude test of TCS is eliminating round where large number of candidates are eliminated. It is tough and you need to have good knowledge and practice over aptitude questions to pass this test.

*You should solve R.S Aggarwal for Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning and Arun Sharma for aptitude section to clear TCS aptitude round. After solving both of these, you can approach previous year papers of TCS.
