Re: Syllabus of ISRO entrance exam?
Hello Friend
Selection of the candidate is based on the personal interview and written test of the candidate. The candidate selection is also based on the rules and regulation of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). You have to visit the web-site http://www.isro.gov.in to register for applications on-line. The application form must be sent to the following address. Administrative Officer (ICRB), ISRO Headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bangalore -560 231 Candidates short-listed based on the performance in the written test will be called for interview, then final selection will depend on the merit list. you can also check the status of your application form by following the links listed below. (for electronics engineer) http://www.isac.gov.in/CentralBE/ShowStatus.jsp?postno=01/2010_01&postname=Scientist/Engineer-SC[Electronics] (for mechanical engineer) http://www.isac.gov.in/CentralBE/ShowStatus.jsp?postno=01/2010_02&postname=Scientist/Engineer-SC[Mechanical] Best of Luck..... |

Re: Syllabus of ISRO entrance exam?
Hi
ISRO stands for the Indian Space Research Organization. It is a PSU ie Public Sector Union and it functions under the government for the Space Research and Satellite works. Now being a PSU, ISRO used to conduct it's own examinations for the recruitment of fresh engineering graduates from all over our country. But from this year most of the PSU's have decided to recruit candidates based on the GATE Score, and their AIR (All India Rank). So now as such there is no syllabus specified for the ISRO exam. The syllabus which is to be followed thoroughly is the GATE syllabus. I am uploading all the top 5 branches GATE syllabus. Please download and refer whichever stream you belong to. Also I am attaching some past ISRO papers. Please download and practice them and hopefully it would be helpful. All the best Regards #RJ# |
