there is no any syllabus for ISRO exam because they search actual talent but you can guess the syllabus according to previous papers: which you can find in their website .As you did not decribe from which branch so its best if you download papers from website. i m giving you location so you can :--

ISRO conducts exams for scientist and engineer post as you hav not mentioned what you really want to prepare so iam sending you the model paper of isro scientist entrance exam

and for scientist in computer department they include the syllabus as follows

ISRO has Annual Intake of Engineers and Scientist

even though there is specific exam for the intake for the same

they highly depend on the merit of the student than the degrees completed by the candidate

The main doubt for the candidates who is applying for this exam is about the rigor

and its syllabus and pattern of the exam

the syllabus of the exam that too of branch ECE is

uploaded in the txt file

This is all about the basic info and also the syllabus of the ISRO exam
