To know the pattern of JRF agronomy, you can purchase Objective Agronomy : A Compendium For JRF, SRF, NET & SET Exams. It is written by Anand Vishwakarma. Its price is approx. Rs 450. I have seen the book kept in ICAR, and the questions actually mimic the types asked in the real exam. So although I could not get the syllabus & questions to you (sorry!), you may try this one.
