Re: Is there any change in CPT exam Portion for December
CPT stands for the Common Proficiency Test. This is the entrance test conducted by the ICAI for the Chartered Accountancy Course.
After completion of 10th, a candidate can register for the CPT but can only give the exam after doing 10+2. No, there is no change in the paper pattern of the CPT. Here is the examination pattern for the CPT. This is an objective entrance test consisting of 200 multiple choice questions from the given below four sections: 1. Accountancy: 60 questions 2. Mercantile law: 40 questions. 3. Quantitative aptitude: 50 questions 4. Economics: 50 questions For every correct answer, one mark is given and for every wrong answer there is negative marking of 0.25 marks. In order to clear the CPT, you need to score at least 30% marks in each of the four sections and overall 50% aggregate in whole test. You can visit the official website of ICAI for any more details regarding the CPT that is www.icai.org. |
