Is there any possibility to get B.E seat after scoring 36% in PUC exam

The minimum percentage of marks required to get admission in engineering college is 50% for the general and OBC category candidates but 45% for the SC/ST category candidates.

As you have got only 36% marks in PUC exam, you are not eligible for the engineering course. So apply for the NIOS 10+2 and appear for the exam with 10+2 PCM thenappear for the engineering exams.
