Is there any rule to secure 50% minimum marks in each subject to clear cpt examination december 2012?

hello dear,

for cpt december 2013 exam pattern is ,

accounts- 18 out of 60
law 12 out of 40
eco 15 out of 50
maths 15out of 50

it means for cpt , 30% in individual paper has to be obtained to pass cpt and minimum 50% over all
