I mean neither ias nor ies,then where should we go???

Yes there are services exams for cse students:

Public Sector
You can find wide number of jobs in HAL, IAF, SAIL etc. Some of these public
sectors may call for a written test, or a direct interview, or to pass the examination
such as GATE, CAT, MAT, IAS, IPS, etc.
Jobs provided in Government sectors to B-Tech (CSE) Candidate: Officer Trainee or
Officer in Bank, etc.
