Re: Is there eligibility relaxation in the entrance scores of Amity JEE for SC & ST categories?
Yes 30% of seats are reserved for candidates belongs to SC/ST caste. Also there is some relaxation of marks in entrance exam for reserved candidates. The cutoff marks decided once result is being announced. So you have to wait for results. If your rank/Marks qualify minimum cutoff marks then you will get admission easily.
You can also get seat in Internal counselling of college. For this you have to visit college campus and apply for seats offered by college. If you get selected then seat will be allotted to you. Also one thing i want to tell you that number of seats for reserved candidates is not fixed it depends on college. They may increase or decrease the number of seats. |

There are a few seats for different categories in every exam.
Only the candidates belonging to that certain category are eligible to get the admission on those seats so definitely the cut off score goes low as compared to other categories as the number of candidates fighting for those seats become less. So, Amity may not give relaxation in the marks but automatically the cutoff will go low so indirectly you will get relaxation in the marks. |
