MHT CET is an entrance exam that is conducted by Maharashtra government
This enterance exam is for admission to various engineering, PHARMACY and ba, BTEC courses
To score good in the exam you will first have to get all your concepts of 12 standard clear
Solve many test and past papers related to the exam
After the above task you can solve some reference books
Do not go for the books of big authors as they may be fir a higher level enterance exam

MHT CET and NEET enterance exam are both different patterns of exam
For preparing for MHT CET you will only have to refer to 12 state board syllabus and you will be able to clear the exam if the concepts are clear
For NEET you will have to refer 11 and012 syllabus of CBSE board
The reference books are also different foe both the exam
For CET you can refer
Books by ahriant specially for CET
And for neet you will have to refer books like MTG and other big auther books
