First of you need to understand the areas you need to be prepared in. You need to have the conceptual knowledge for each type of problem. Solve as many problems possible of each type. Practice will bring in speed. There are quite a few books which do give some tips in solving lengthy problems in a quick way.

For mathematical aptitude you must know all the formulas and how to workout the problem.If u practice the formulas given by attachment, you can easily workout the mathematical aptitude questions.
