Is transfer allowed from one college to other both affiliated to Anna university?


Now I am doing my BE in Cape Institute of Technology which is affiliated to Anna University. I'm in my 1st year now. I want to change my college from Cape to some other college which is also affiliated to Anna University. Is this possible? If yes, then what steps do I need to take?
