Under which circumstances does 15% all India NEET quota is utilized?
I secured 446 in NEET, UG, 2019 examination session. Can I get a seat in any Assam medical colleges under 15% ALL INDIA quota? What was last year cut-off?

Yes, you will be eligible for the all india criteria that is under the 15% criteria the eligible for this is to score an adequate score in the exam the admission process will also depend on the seat available and the score of other students under the criteria.
