The candidates who have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology shall be eligible

Candidates appearing for HSC (10+2)/equivalent examination in March 2010 are also eligible to appear for CPMEE.........

as for this exam there is no needs for the domicile certificate for the examination,
so every one means the students of the outer state is also eligible for the entrance exam,
so you are also eligible consider you must have mathematics in the 12th,and also you must passed in the 12th,then you can apply for this,
