Hi, I have completed my Intermediate from Commerce stream. I want to do Chartered Accountancy course. But I heard that it is very tough and takes many years to complete. So, is there any alternate course of CA? What is ACCA? Can I do ACCA instead of CA?

ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
It is 2 year duration certificate course and can be pursued after (10+2) with at least 55% marks. Admission will be based on either merit or entrance. ACCA course mainly focuses on accounting and finance. It is easier than CA, but demand of ACCA course is lower than CA course. If you are dreaming for auditing and attestation work, then CA is only an option.
