I am Junior Commissioned officer of the Indian Army and a Class B Gazetted officer. What are the authorities entrusted upon a Class B Gazetted officer? Can the officer attest a photocopy of a document on his capacity as a Class B gazetted offer?

r army, navy & air force JCO & equivalent are gazetted officers? in which gazette their names are published?

I am a retired Subedar Major from India Army and a Class B Gazetted officer (Retired). Am I eligible to attest a photocopy of a document in the capacity as a Class B Retired gazetted offer under personal Stamp?
